Same-day local delivery
- Hours: 12pm – 8pm, 7 days a week. Orders placed before 6pm are delivered the same day; later orders go out the next day.
- Typical delivery time: 2–5 hours from confirmation.
- Minimum order: $25.
- Fees: free over $120 in Langley; a $15.00 fee below that. Other cities have their own thresholds – see Delivery Areas.
- Receiving: an adult 19+ with valid photo ID must accept the delivery in person. We text on the way and on arrival; if we cannot reach you within 10 minutes the driver continues the route and we reschedule.
- Weather & traffic: during snow or major incidents delivery windows may be extended. We will keep you updated by text.
Canada-wide mail order
Mail order is currently paused – we deliver same-day across Langley and Metro Vancouver only. The terms below apply as soon as mail order returns.
- Shipped by Canada Post Xpresspost with tracking, 2–5 business days.
- Free shipping over $149; flat rate below.
- Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday ship the same day.
- If a package is confirmed lost by Canada Post we re-ship or refund in full. Packages marked delivered to the correct address are considered delivered.
