Weed Delivery Langley (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it, in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What we collect
- Order details: name, delivery address, phone number, email address and the products you order.
- Age verification: our drivers visually check government photo ID at the door. We do not photograph, scan or store your ID.
- Payment: cash payments are recorded as paid. We never store card numbers – nothing is paid on this website.
- Website data: cookies needed for the shopping cart, your age-verification choice, and anonymous analytics (if enabled).
How we use it
To process and deliver your order, send delivery updates by SMS/email, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and – only if you opt in – send occasional promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. Data is shared only with the people and services needed to deliver your order (our drivers, our SMS provider, Canada Post for mail orders) or when required by law.
Retention & security
Order records are kept only as long as needed for accounting and legal requirements, then deleted. Our website uses HTTPS encryption and access to customer data is restricted to staff who need it.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. You may also delete your account from the My Account page.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies (cart, checkout, login, age verification) and, if enabled, analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but the shopping cart may not work.
